If you are unable to cancel an item from your order through your account, there is a chance it has been fulfilled and is preparing to ship, has shipped out, or is located with one of our suppliers.
We would recommend that you get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can look into this for you!
When sending a Support Request to make changes to your order, please select the option “I need help cancelling an unshipped item or order” and provide your order number in the form. By contacting us through this form, the processing of your order will be placed on hold which will help to prevent it from being sent before the requested changes are made.
Please note, we may not be able to make the requested changes if your parcel has already been fulfilled or dispatched.
If your order has been shipped and fulfilled, we may be able to arrange a return once your parcel has arrived with you.
