Refunds to your Credit Card, or PayPal account will take approximately 1-2 working days to be fully processed back to you.
If you paid with AfterPay or ZIP, your scheduled payments will be cancelled and any payments made to date will be refunded back to you in 1-2 working days once this is processed first by Mighty Ape.
Refunds to your Mighty Ape Account Credit will be processed within 1-2 working days.
You will receive an automated email once your refund has finished processing.
All refunds must be issued to the original payment method selected during checkout.
If you've applied account credit at checkout, the account credit portion of your order will be refunded to your Mighty Ape account while the remaining total is refunded to the additional payment method you selected.
