How will I receive my digital delivery?
Once you've placed your order through the Mighty Ape checkout, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Within your order confirmation email, you will receive a copy of your code, which you will then be able to redeem through the relevant portal!
How long will the digital delivery take?
Once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an email containing the digital delivery of your purchase.
In most instances, you will receive your digital delivery within a few minutes of successful payment, however, we kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for the email to come through. All orders are subject to our payment review processes, which can cause a delay of up to 3 days in select instances. However, if we do need to verify any details surrounding your purchase, we will contact you promptly via email.

How can I find my digital code?
Your redemption code will be displayed within your order confirmation email. You'll also be able to view your redemption code through your My Orders page under your Mighty Ape account by navigating to the appropriate order from the "My Orders" page.
If you lose your original digital delivery email, please visit your "My Orders" page using the above link to locate a copy of your code! If you placed your order through our Guest Checkout, or if you're unable to locate it, please contact our Customer Services Team for assistance.
If you have not received the digital delivery email containing your code, please check your junk/spam folder as well as any 'promotional' or 'other' inboxes. Alternatively, follow the above steps to locate the code through your Mighty Ape account, or reach out to us for assistance.

- Enter the 25 digit code
- If you do not already have an account, go to xbox.com/live, follow the instructions to create a new account, and then enter the 25 digit code
