You can update your email address, name, gender and date of birth.
If you are unable to log in to update your details (and you have made sure your email address is correct) it's possible that you haven't created an account with us, even if you have placed an order before. We call these 'Guest Accounts'.
If you would like to log on and view your previous orders, you will first need to create an account using the email address you have used on previous orders.
Your orders won't automatically show up on your account once you have done this so please contact our customer services team here for further assistance.
