There are several reasons why you may have trouble logging into your account.

Email address not recognised
If your email address is not recognised it’s possible you do not have an account, even if you’ve placed previous orders. For previous orders, you may have used the “Guest Checkout” that allows you to place orders without creating an account.
Cookies not enabled
To stay logged in correctly, you must have cookies enabled on your web browser.
Internet Explorer 6 and above
Tools / Internet Options / Security > Click “Default Level”
Tools / Options / Privacy > Tick “Accept cookies from sites”
Edit / Preferences / Security > Under “Accept cookies”, choose “Only from sites I visit”
