New website, same Mighty Ape
We’ve given our website a makeover! You may have noticed our website has a fresh new look, but don’t worry – it’s still the Mighty Ape you know and love plus more.
We’ve migrated to a new sales platform and updated the website as part of our ongoing commitment to improving shopping experiences for online shoppers. This has enabled us to introduce the Mighty Ape Marketplace, which we’re excited to share with you. Through Marketplace we will bring an even wider range of products to Aussie consumers, offering more choice than ever before.
Some things on the website will be different and some features are still work in progress during the launch window. As with any new launch, we are experiencing some teething issues and are aware that some features are not working correctly. These issues are being documented, prioritised and worked on. We thank you for your patience at this time. Here’s some information and updates to help you navigate our new website and features.
Marketplace
We’ve officially launched Marketplace, allowing us to expand our product range by partnering with third-party sellers. This means more variety and choice for you, all from trusted sellers.
We’ve already welcomed several Marketplace sellers onboard and are continuously expanding with more partners in the coming weeks to bring you an even wider range of products.
How to spot Marketplace items:
We’ve made it easy to spot Marketplace seller items. Look for the Marketplace badge on product tiles and product pages to easily identify items sold by our third-party partners.
Keep an eye out for the Mighty Ape icon on product tiles and pages to quickly spot items sold directly by Mighty Ape. All orders for in stock items from Mighty Ape will continue to receive the same super-fast delivery that we’re known for!
Payment Methods
We’re working on expanding the range of payment options available to Mighty Ape customers. Here are the latest updates to payment methods at Mighty Ape:

Internet Banking
Internet Banking is temporarily unavailable as a payment method following our site relaunch on October 29th. We’re working on restoring this soon. If you selected Internet Banking for orders placed before October 29th, you can still complete payment as normal. -

Pre-order Payments
Pre-orders are available on our new website with full payment up front. We understand how important pre-ordering is, especially for our gaming customers who often pre-order highly anticipated titles well in advance. Rest assured, we're actively working on a solution to bring back the option to pre-order without paying the full amount upfront, and we’ll roll this out as soon as possible. Watch this space.
Please note, this change does not affect existing pre-orders placed before October 29th. Payment for these orders will be taken when they're ready to dispatch.
Product Reviews & Ratings Update
Our existing customer-submitted product ratings and reviews are not currently displaying on product pages following our website update this week. We understand how valuable product reviews are for making informed purchasing decisions, and we’re working to restore them as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
