Why are you making changes to Marketplace?
Mighty Ape is transitioning to a new sales platform that will enhance the overall customer experience with better features services, and more product range. However, following the transition to our new sales platform, we will no longer support the ability for customers to list items for sale through Mighty Ape Marketplace. As a result, on September 23rd all unsold listings will be removed and the ability to list new items will be deactivated.
When are these changes to Marketplace happening?
Changes are coming to how we do Marketplace. On September 23rd all unsold listings will be removed and the ability for customers to list new items will be deactivated.
Do I need to do anything before the changes to Marketplace happen?
No further action is required from you if you do not have any remaining credit balances or active listings.
You will still be able to finalise any pending sales, ship out items to buyers, and withdraw your credit. If you would like to withdraw your credit we advise you to do this by October 11th, as this functionality will not be available under the new sales platform.
Will I be paid for my outstanding Marketplace sales after these changes?
Yes. Any outstanding payments will be released to you 8 days after the item is shipped (unless a dispute is raised within that time). You will receive the full sale price of your item to your Mighty Ape account, minus a 9% commission.
If you would like to withdraw your credit we advise you to do this by October 11th, as this functionality will not be available under the new sales platform.
